Specialist Referrals

A referral from your GP, specialist or medical practitioner is required to access our services. To refer a patient, please complete a referral and Fax to (03) 9770 5792 or email office@paso.com.au | Our friendly reception staff can assist with most queries regarding your current or new referral requirements.

If you do not have a current referral you will be required to pay in full on the day of the consultation.

GP Referrals are valid for 12 months. A new referral is required if your GP has changed or moved locations. Specialist Referrals are valid for 3 months.

Iron Infusion Referrals

PASO Infusion Centre provides an Iron infusion service to individuals with iron deficiency or iron deficiency Anemia. If you suspect you may be iron deficient and would like to know more about iron infusion, please speak with us. PASO Medical accepts Iron Infusion referrals from Healthcare Professionals, GPs, physicians, and surgeons. Lung Function Testing Referrals

PASO Medical provides patients access to a range of specialized services, including Lung Function Testing (Spirometry, Diffusing Capacity (DLCO), MIPS / MEPS – Respiratory Muscle Strength). You will need a referral from your Medical Practitioner or GP to access this service. A Referral / Request Form can be downloaded here.
